Next to working as a mediator, I also offer contract and claims management services support to contractors and utilities with a focus on the offshore wind industry.

Having worked for one of the biggest utilities as a project lawyer for almost ten years and with a focus on an offshore wind farm construction project in the German North Sea, I have gathered further experience in the enforcement of defect-related claims for several offshore wind farm in operation.

The focus will be on preparation and execution of contract negotiations as well as supporting the contract and claims management process both for the development, construction and O&M phase of (offshore) wind projects. This will extend to all kinds of components, such as WTGs, OSS, Inter-Array Cables and/or Foundations.
